Planning Process

The planning process was coordinated across the district to unify and strengthen MiraCosta College’s focus on providing high-quality educational opportunities that prepare our students for success in a changing world.

Participatory

Developed collaboratively with valuable input from residents, faculty, staff, and students, the planning process included multiple meetings, workshops and listening sessions. In addition, an online survey open to the entire MiraCosta College community was implemented to maximize opportunities to provide input.

College Online Survey

From October 15th to November 5th, a district-wide survey was available to students, faculty, staff, and community members of MiraCosta College to provided input for the “Facilities Master Plan Update”. The survey was distributed electronically by email notification. During the duration of the response period 690 responses were received.
